How Much is Shipping?
My Flower Dress provides free shipping to all countries on all orders above 150 €. Otherwise, delivery prices are:
Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia: 4.00 €
European Union and EEC countries: 6.90 €
All other countries, world-wide: 10.90 €
For our customers in Lithuania, orders can be picked up in our showroom at Molėtų g. 1 in Didžioji Riešė, Vilniaus rajonas.
Where is My Order Being Shipped From?
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Lithuania. Shipping company may vary depending on destination. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your package has been registered by the courier. There are some small delays related to Covid 19, however transit times to the USA and major European cities is approximately 3-7 days. This may vary depending on the destination.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
We are not able to change or cancel your order once it is received, so please double-check your order, as well as your delivery and contact information. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
Payment of Import Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for the payment of duties and taxes.
My Flower Dress has a legal obligation to declare the true purchase price of all items and must provide customs offices with commercial invoices if they require it. My Flower Dress is unable to assist with any requests to pay for duties or taxes in relation to the delivery of your order. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.

For expedited shipping, My Flower Dress can ship orders to customers in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania using Omniva.
