Return policy

My Flower Dress full-priced items can be returned for a refund or store credit if postmarked within 30 days of delivery.

Full-priced items may be returned for full refund to the original method of payment. 

Items purchased on FINAL SALE (Final sale if item is more than 50% discounted) are not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased on SALE or PROMOTION are eligible for exchange only or can be returned for a store credit. We do not refund money for returned items purchased on Sale or Promotion.

My Flower Dress does not extend price adjustments or partial refunds on orders made prior to the promotion.

You can choose to return for a store credit and receive free return post. Store credits have no expiry date.

If you receive an item which is faulty or incorrect, please email us at hello@myflowerdress.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve this for you. We will replace the item if the stock is available or give you refund upon receiving your faulty item back.

If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.

My Flower Dress will happily accept a return subject to the following conditions:

      • Return request must be made within 2 days of your order being delivered.
      • Items must be returned within 30 days of your order being delivered.
      • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached;
      • Gift Cards may not be returned.

    We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.

    The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for returns that go missing in transit. Please use a traceable postal service as return parcels are the responsibility of the customer until we receive them. 

    My Flower Dress reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Return policy.

    If you would like to return an item from your order, please follow these steps.

    STEP 1.  Email hello@myflowerdress.com within 2 days of your order being delivered.

    Please make sure your name and order number are in the email heading.

    Tell us the item that you would like to return.

    Please note.
    Additional fees may apply to multiple returns/exchanges on the same order at our discretion

    STEP 2.  Receive your return information.

    Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply to your returns request. We will provide you with a pre-filled returns form and instructions on where to send your return item.

    Returns must be received within 30 days from the delivery of your order. 

    The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you are returning is faulty or incorrect.

    Returned items must be neatly packaged, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition.

    STEP 3.  Return finalized.

    Once your return is received and checked by us, we will issue your store credit or refund as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 days after your return has been delivered for your store credit or refund to be processed.
